Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with Cognia in just a few minutes.
Create Your Account
Visit cognia.com.au and click "Start free trial". Enter your email, create a password, and verify your email address.
Choose a Model
Click the model selector in the top bar, review available models and their strengths, then select the one you want to use.
Start a Conversation
Type your question or request in the input field and press Enter. Continue the conversation or switch models as needed.
Upload to Knowledge Base
Navigate to the Knowledge Base section, drag and drop files to upload, wait for indexing, then ask questions about your documents.

Learn how to add documents to your private knowledge base.
Supported Formats
File size limits: Individual files can be up to 50MB. Contact us if you need higher limits for enterprise use.
Processing time: Most documents are indexed within a few minutes. Larger files may take longer.
Privacy: Your files are stored securely and only accessible to your workspace members with appropriate permissions.
